About Liko The Global Patient Mobilisation Centre of Excellence
Liko's head office is situated in the village of Alvik, in the north of Sweden, where it was founded in 1979. Here we have assembled the leading competence in our product field: it is the Global Patient Mobilisation Centre of Excellence.
Here, all products and solutions are developed and here, we create innovative courses and programmes. In our demonstration halls we show the most complete and functional solutions on offer and we train caregivers to perform safe transfers.
Because winters in the north of Sweden are long and dark, we have compensated for this with open spaces and large windows to let in the daylight and provide a view over the beautiful surroundings.
We are aware of the fact that Alvik, outside Luleå in the north of Sweden, is not the centre of the world. But it makes no difference where Liko's head office is located: our customers are served by our representatives worldwide.
