Production

Planning for the serial production of a product begins when the product is still in the development stage. A single product can consist of several hundred components. Each of these components must meet our requirements on quality and functionality.

Component suppliers

Liko works with a global network of component suppliers in order to find the best components for the product in question. Furthermore, we always make an effort to develop the products "smartly". For us, this means to use the individual components for several different products. The advantages are many. On the one hand, the process of finding high-quality components is shortened and, on the other hand, it is cost efficient – which ultimately benefits the customers.

Assembly of products

The next step in the process is the assembly of the products. The assembly is done in our own facility in Alvik and at the premises of specialized subcontractors.

Carefully monitored processes and product tests

The fact that a product carries Liko's logo is a quality label. This means that, even if the product has been assembled by a partner, we have thorough control over their work and processes. Furthermore, all products undergo carefully testing to ensure that they have the high quality you expect from a Liko product.

Liko Production

From the very beginning, consideration for those for whom we develop our products has been our most important guiding star. Our vision, to always improve quality of life for patients and caregivers, is reflected in our daily activities.
