Service Contracts
Having products available and fully functional is crucial for achieving operational efficiency.
For that reason, Hill-Rom has designed a range of service contract options to ensure our customers receive exactly the service input they need. This may involve anything from an annual service visit for one purchased therapy mattress through to a Trust-wide Hill-Rom Total Bed Management™ contract, which may involve a number of Hill-Rom technicians, based within a hospital, managing the logistics and servicing, repairing, cleaning and moving several hundred beds or dynamic mattresses to ensure products are always available to meet our customers' requirements.
Our service contracts have been designed to respond to customers' needs in terms of response time, technician availability, speed and cost. Our contracts can be combined with leasing and include different levels of services, ranging from preventive maintenance and safety checks to the full-support Premier contract.
